I want to put it out there that I am in no way a chef. I like to think I am a good home cook but some of you may disagree and I want you to know that it is ok to be wrong sometimes.
The way that I will be posting any recipes is a little different than most websites you may follow. One thing I dislike about most recipe sites is having to scroll through 9 paragraphs of the authors childhood and how their Great Great Grandma’s 2 ingredient biscuits changed their lives. Maybe I’m in the minority on this but it just irritates me for some reason. My recipes are quick and to the point.
My wife constantly tells me to just hit the “Go to recipe” button so I do know those exist. However, I have no clue how to add that nifty little feature so I’ll just keep it as short and simple as possible. That way you don’t have to listen to me ramble on about sitting on the front porch as a 3 year old sipping an amazing lemonade concoction just to be told to mix water with some Country Time Lemonade powder.
I look forward to sharing my limited knowledge on grilling, smoking, sous vide, homemade pasta’s, gnocchi, crackers, bread, etc. I also look forward to feedback from you all so please make sure to comment or contact us.
